Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules for using Hellcase, its hosted game servers, and its digital distribution services. Read them before you create an account or use a service.

01 / Shared spaces
Acceptable Use of the Platform
Use the platform only for lawful activity and in line with the rules shown for each game, server, or distribution feature. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
Keep play fair.
Respect players and service limits
Do not harass other players, threaten people, impersonate another person, or use the platform to share content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. Do not interfere with server operations, probe systems without permission, or try to bypass access controls.
Do not use bots, exploits, or other unauthorized tools to disrupt play or gain an unfair advantage. Follow any game-specific conduct rules and capacity limits presented when you join or configure a server.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of content you create and submit, subject to rights you grant to operate the service. You give Hellcase permission to host, display, transmit, and technically adapt that content as needed to provide the features you use.
Only submit material you have the right to share. We may restrict or remove content when we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, violates another person's rights, or creates a risk for users or the platform.
02 / Access and services
Accounts, Hosted Servers and Distribution
Provide accurate account details and update them when they change. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live; if you are a minor, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

Hosted game servers
Server access, configuration options, capacity, and availability depend on the service selected and the information shown when you set it up. You are responsible for the settings and content you control, including access you give to other players.
We may maintain, update, limit, or temporarily suspend a server to protect the service, address technical issues, or respond to a breach of these terms. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes when practical.
Digital titles and third-party rules
Digital distribution gives you only the access or licence described for the relevant title. A game's own publisher terms, technical requirements, or account rules may also apply; review those terms before using that title.
Availability and access can change if a title is withdrawn, a rights holder changes its permissions, or technical support ends. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute a title except where its licence or applicable law allows it.
Suspension and account closure
You can stop using the platform at any time. We may restrict or close access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if law requires it, or if action is reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
03 / Important details
Liability and Policy Updates
We work to keep the platform available, but online services can be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control. The platform and its content are provided subject to the guarantees and rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Check back periodically.
To the extent the law permits, Hellcase is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where a limit is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the platform, its services, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with their effective date; if a change materially affects your use, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, where applicable law permits. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service.
